Elevating the Lender Admin Experience
This project aimed to revitalize the internal lender admin platform used by customer support representatives to manage loan origination applications. While the original design provided basic functionality, it lacked a modern aesthetic and user-friendly interface. My objective was to create a visually appealing and intuitive admin experience that would enhance the user experience for customer support and project a more professional image to our lending partners and investors.

First thing, a quick UI audit of the components that need to be redesigned.
Next, provide designs that establish the simple patterns that can be easily followed by engineering. Remember, I’m keeping it simple.
